Hotel resort is located about 7 km (linear distance) to the south of the city centre, with direct access to the coast of the Black Sea. The surrounding area is characterized by residential buildings and – at the moment – by smaller construction sites (mainly for residential buildings).
The local well-known entertainment zone (offering several restaurants, clubs and bars, etc.) is situated about 500 m (linear distance) to the north of the hotel complex. A private yacht club also featuring restaurants and small entertainment facilities on a rather upscale level, is located about 300 m (linear distance) to the south of the hotel complex.
Odessa International Airport is located about 7 km to the west of the hotel complex.
